I really wanted Katie & Jon to see this sneak peek of their wedding photos before they jet off on honeymoon this Friday – which means I’ve turned them round super quick! And it was a pleasure. I was so excited to work on them as we had such a fun day – you actually wouldn’t believe the scenarios we ended up in if I told you but all will become clear when you look further down the page… Their wedding at Hyde Bank Farm in Stockport was beautiful. A great little venue with a real quaint feel about it. Katie hand made all her own decor which was utterly amazing and the day had such a laid back vibe which I know was just what they wanted. Job well done you guys! I really hope you enjoy this preview of your images – there are plenty more to come but these are some of my favourites.

Last Saturday I travelled to the lovely village of Mobberley in Cheshire to photograph Natalie & Rob’s wedding. We had so much fun I just don’t know where to begin! It was a beautiful ceremony at St. Wilfrid’s Church and then a quick hop over the road to the Papakata Tipi reception. I must congratulate them on such a wonderful transformation inside the tipi – such attention to detail and some super ideas. We disappeared off into Mobberley for a little photo shoot – I was very impressed with Natalie & Rob’s willingness to jump out of the car in the rain and we got some great shots. They were such good sports! I loved the amazing decor at the reception, the best men’s speech, the sun coming out just at the right time and fun under the fairy lights… all will become clear. Enjoy this little sneak peek.

Saturday with Emily & Kate was amazing! They decided on a wedding at East Lodge in Derbyshire which was such a great venue. They had arranged such a beautiful outdoor ceremony – owls included – and amazing, Easter inspired table decorations, all of which really suited their fun, vibrant personalities. My favourite moments were definitely seeing Emily’s exquisite dress for the first time, finding the little forest clearing where we got the most amazing photos, and the unintended animal themed day we managed to have! Thank you for providing me will some killer moments… this is just a sneak preview of the story, enjoy!

This was an amazing wedding with a bride with a particularly amazing dress. It was one of the best dresses I have ever photographed it just looked great! You both did a fantastic job with the planning and it was a pleasure to attend. The whole day was spent at Rookery Hall, Cheshire, such a beautiful venue. So many favourite bits! The girls running across the road in dressing gowns to get their make-up done, the moment we hung the dress in the window (OMG), the time we spent doing the bride & groom portraits, the sunshine, the table centre pieces, the BBQ’d chicken and the photo booth. Phew! It truly was such a great day and I know you are sat around the pool as we speak with a glass of champers waiting for me to upload these pics… so here is your sneak peek! Enjoy.

Jane & James were such a lovely couple and I just can’t wait to shoot their wedding in May this year. They decided to add a pre-wedding shoot to their package as they were camera shy and wanted a chance to get to know me and the format a little better before the big day. You would think they were models by looking at these photos! So natural and beautiful. Well done guys.

This is the full sneak peek of Emily & Dave’s wedding. It was such a great day, full of personality and wonderful people. The morning started with Emily and her girlfriends getting ready at her Dad’s beautiful house in Puddington Village near Chester. I could tell we were going to have a fun day… say no more! Emily and the girls looked just amazing in lace, feathers, fur coats and red lipstick! After the lovely church ceremony, full to the brim with friends and family, we made our way back to the house where a huge tipi tent reception in the grounds awaited us! After a few hello’s, Emily & Dave sneaked away with me for a little phone box photo shoot where it started to hail – spot the fast sprint back to the tent!! A towel dry, some great food and a first dance later the atmosphere was roaring – I didn’t want to leave. I really hope I’ve captured the true ambiance of the day. These are just a selection of my favourites, enjoy!
