Shoot Overview


This photography commission was designed to capture the people behind the consultancy and provide Fablr with a versatile library of imagery that reflects both the expertise and personality of the team. Rather than relying on traditional corporate headshots, the focus was on creating a collection of authentic, contemporary photographs that communicate confidence, collaboration and approachability.

Working across Fablr’s Manchester workspace and a nearby studio environment, the shoot combined individual portraits, environmental headshots, team photography and documentary-style moments. The imagery balances clean, minimalist compositions with natural interactions, giving a genuine insight into how the team works together. Soft natural light, generous negative space and a restrained colour palette were used throughout to create a modern visual language that aligns with Fablr’s premium brand positioning.

Alongside capturing key leadership and team portraits, we photographed meetings, conversations and collaborative working sessions to create a broader narrative around the business. The resulting image library provides Fablr with a cohesive collection of photography suitable for website content, marketing campaigns, social media, recruitment and thought leadership activity, helping to present the consultancy as both highly capable and distinctly human.
