Mountain Earth is an engineering-led construction company delivering complex construction, refurbishment and M&E projects across the UK. Built around an integrated delivery model, the business combines technical expertise with hands-on project leadership, bringing together construction and mechanical and electrical teams to deliver high-performing buildings with a strong focus on quality, sustainability and long-term value.

Shoot Overview
Working alongside employer branding specialists Humanworks, this photography commission was developed to communicate the people, culture and expertise behind Mountain Earth. This photography commission was created to showcase both the scale of Mountain Earth’s projects and the people responsible for delivering them. The brief centred on developing a sophisticated image library that reflects the company’s technical capability, leadership culture and modern approach to construction. Rather than focusing solely on completed buildings, the shoot explored the full journey of delivery, capturing the environments, processes and individuals that drive each project forward.
Working across active construction sites, completed developments and corporate environments, we produced a blend of architectural photography, environmental portraits and documentary-led imagery. The photography highlights the relationship between people and place, combining detailed studies of materials, structures and design with authentic moments of collaboration, planning and on-site leadership. Strong architectural lines, natural light and carefully composed imagery were used throughout to create a visual style that feels confident, contemporary and premium.
Alongside documenting projects in progress, we photographed key members of the team to create a cohesive set of leadership and personal brand portraits. The resulting collection provides Mountain Earth with a versatile visual asset library for use across their website, marketing materials, recruitment campaigns, award submissions and industry communications, helping to communicate not only what they build, but the expertise, culture and ambition behind the business.
